About Ibis Properties
Comfort, Handled.
At Ibis Properties, we believe that comfort is more than a couch and clean sheets—it’s about creating spaces people love to live in, even if just for a little while. We’re a full-service property management company based in Portland, Oregon, offering high-quality, fully furnished mid-term rentals and hands-on community management for small to mid-sized HOAs.
Founded by Kevin Swan, a 21-year Marine Corps veteran, our company was built on discipline, reliability, and genuine care for people. Whether we’re welcoming a traveling professional or helping a property owner protect their investment, we approach every detail with hospitality and integrity.
With our growing footprint across Oregon—and soon into Washington and California—we’re on a mission to redefine what it means to feel at home.

Our Mission
At Ibis Properties, we connect people with comfort. Whether it’s a thoughtfully furnished rental or a well-run community, we provide hands-on management, smart systems, and a personal touch that makes every stay feel like home. As we grow across the West Coast and beyond, our mission is to deliver consistent hospitality, local expertise, and a standard of care our guests and property owners remember—and recommend.
